Why does Disney's Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They're both dogs.

Indeed. I have pondered over this perplexing dilemma for years.
But answer this – Why is it that Daisy can speak good English, but Donald’s speech is still much like a duck’s and often unintelligible?

Some are still in the low end of the gene pool. Macro evolution produced variations of species...bears are in the canine family for example, in the real world. Disney made creative choices for their cartoons.

I'll go for evolution. I've had dogs all my life & while I loved them all, some were dumb as rocks. I have a brain-damaged Ger Shep mix now. I also had a Border Collie (black & white sheep dog) which was the most intelligent dog I ever encountered. I'd say she was more evovled.

All things were created at one time,over time these animals things people evolved. If your wondering about the bible well it does mention "evolution" I know because there is no other way to explain they had bad paper and ink back then do you see my point of view.
