i think cool is sometimes someone acting confident enough that they make others wish to be just as confident. or else having leadership skills.
or being aloof and not seeming to care what others think, and with their mysteriousness causing people to be interested in them.
or just looking good and knowing it. thats another. ah well. not like i was ever cool.

Attitude, self respect and respect for others, sense of humor, good morals and priorities, humbleness, etc...Coolness has nothing to do with looks or material things.

For me, cool is all in the way you carry/handle yourself in any given situation. Cool is confidence, intellect and pride in oneself.
