I think it has something to do with the # or the * ??? Home phone... not cell phone,

*67 then the # you are calling to block your # from showing on someones caller ID, and *69 to call whoever it is back if their # doesnt show on your caller ID. Hope this helps.

The answers that said to use *67 are partly correct.

*67 will block your number from appearing on someone's caller ID, unless the number you are calling is an 800, 888, 877 or 866 (toll-free) number.

If you call a toll-free number, your number will always be available to the company you're calling.

Try to press *67 before you dial the number... it works on most phones and if someone tries to *69 you they'll get a recording saying "This number cannot be traced"...Hope this helps.

will it depends because on my when i call it doesnt show on other phones so i have to press *82 so it can appear but yeah star 67
