My boyfriend didn't call me for a week. He didn't awnser his phone when I called. I called using his friends phone and he picked up. He said he couldn't talk because he was with family but he would call me back later. He never did. Then the next day online he finnaly sent me a message. He said he was sorry for not talking to me but he just needed time to think. I would have understood if he had just told me that instead of ignoring me. He said he still loves me and still wants to be with me, but he still needs time to think. He didn't want to talk to me about it either. I said I'd talk to him when we see each other on Tuesday. So we haven't talked today or yesterday. Could this be a sign that it's over? Is he just saying that to protect my feelings?

It does not mean anything.Just give him time and space.Dont hassle him.He might have other issues which he wants to think about without being crowded.

Don't wait for him to tell you it's over. He's shunning you for whatever reason and he owes you an apology and an explanation. Don't wait on him. Get on with your life and make yourself hard to reach when he's ready. It'll make him think twice about ever doing this to you again. If he decides to blame you for that and end it, he was looking for an excuse anyway. Remember, it's not just about whether or not he wants to be with you, it's also about whether or not you want to be with him (or anyone who treats you that way and leaves you in the dark).

when someone says they need time to think, that is not a good sign. sorry . But he is a jerk for not telling you that, & just ignoring you. Are you sure he was with family?? Thats just not right. He answers his friends phone numbers but not yours is bull.

What is thinking about anyway. Did you have a fight? Maybe he wants to break it off. I would talk to him and get the truth out of him so that you can move on with your life.

I'm a guy and i did this to my girlfriend. i didn't want to be with her but i liked the sexual pleasures. i wasn't sure what my Friends would think if i dumped her. so i just thought about it and eventually did dump her. i suggest asking him what hes thinking about. talk to him...

It's over.
He lacks the balls to break up with you directly, so he'll wait until you get tired of him "thinking" and confront him, in which case he'll get mad and say it's over.
Move on while he's "thinking"- if he cared, he'd not need to think

I think that maybe there is someone else in the picture but he is unsure of what to do.

Well, didn't he tell you that he still wants to be with you and still loves you? That answers your question.
