Are you active when you sleep, walking, talking, etc..?

Question

I'm told that I, talk, fidget, get up and sit on the edge of the bed for some reason, even practice sparring while i'm asleep.

I'm pretty sure I sleepwalk too, as my desk chair is always spun really high sometimes for no reason, even though I spin it back down all the time. "sleep spinning" if you will.

Yup, talking, mumbling, sitting up, sometimes sleep-walking, and at least once, sleep-eating. This can be hereditary, a result of too much stress, a side-effect of some medications (Lunesta I think), and a disturbed sub-conscious (as in, traumatic events haunting you). I'm waiting on a list for an assessment at a sleep lab. I suspect sleep apnea which can cause weird things to happen with sleep too.

I've been told ( by my significant other ) that when I'm over tired or really stressed about something,and go to bed, I tend to sleep with my eyes half open. She'll get up to go to the restroom or kitchen and she'll tell me that I watched her walk around the bed. She said it's really creepy. I don't know, I slept through it.

I am told I told in my sleep and talk in my dreams so people will always know what i am dreaming about.

my brother use to call for his mates in the middle of the night. their mums and dads always brought him back he he !
