Every morning I wake up and my stomach feels like its gasping, or anxious, idk, its hard to explain. But, as soon as i get up and eat/walk around it goes away.

Have you tested your blood sugar? The fact that it goes away when you eat might suggest hypoglycemia.

You may want to check with a doctor regarding this.

Here's another thought--how are you waking up? Is it suddenly, with a loud alarm? Is your heart racing and then it calms down? If this sounds like it might be the case, try waking up with an alarm clock that has a gradual awakening system or a soft, melodious tune.

I used to have that knot in my stomach every morning when I woke up for work. I thought I was anxious about my job but then I realized it was how I was being awakened by my alarm. It was too... alarming. I have an alarm clock now that comes on quietly, and a dim light begins to glow. Then as a few minutes pass, the music gets gradually louder and the light gets brighter. If this is the problem, you could try a more subtle way of waking up.

sounds like its a bit of a fear to get up and and start the day, but once you're up the fear disappears because everythign turns out ok. Could there be some underlying stress or anxiety?
The other thing I wonder is if you could just be hungry, and once you eat or drink something the feeling disappears.
