I am interested in learning what is in the Qu'ran. I can't find a copy anywhere. I've checked bookstores and our library. Is it that we as Americans don't want them on the shelves, or is it religiously forbidden for it to be printed in English?
I'm always curious to learn about other religions.
What are some other sources I can look at also????

There are English translations of the Arabic Quran, and it is not forbidden for them to be printed. If you happen to have any friends who are Muslim, I'm sure they would be able to provide you with a copy. There are Muslim bookstores, and you can get a copy from there as well. You can also purchase one online off of any website.

I owned a copy and I saw one in a bookstore a couple of days ago. (I live in Australia and we have freedom of religion here). One of my students in London offered to lend me his when he saw I was reading a paperback version of the book. So yes they should be available and in English too.

You can probably get it via Amazon, in any of several translations. I like the Yusuf Ali translation; it has thousands of footnotes to clarify stuff. When reading it, don't forget to look for errors; there are some.

You can buy one from Amazon. You can find one at Barnes and Noble. You can find one at the library (sometimes). And you can find online editions. They're available. I never had a problem finding one.

You can always download it yourself. No need to get a copy, its actually very thin. They make the fonts large to make the book thicker. Nothing but kill kill kill and legitimisng immorality.
