Its a tough situation to be in.
The truth is, the best thing for her is to back off. I totally believe that you don't just want to toy around with her, but there is more at stake.
I know it may not seem like it, but there is a large maturity gap between 15 and 18yr olds. You are preparing to graduate and head out into the world. She's still learning and growing.

Though it may be hard, hang out with her and her family as just friends for a while until they get to know the real you. And don't put yourself in the position to where you will be anymore than friends until they become comfortable with who you are as a person. Then maybe they will consider the idea of dating.
Or
Just wait until you're older so the age difference doesn't seem as big of a deal

Remember, 15 WILL get you 20. And an older brother will always kick your *** AND get you busted for messing with his liitle sister. Just move on and hope in 3 years she is into you.

I wouldn't blame your brother, but try to make it seem as if you don't like her anymore and people will loosen up on you. (Don't actually give up on her. Pull her aside and talk to her about your problem.) You can even try to be friends with her brother! That way, you can gain the trust of her family. If her brother is involved in any sports such as football, soccer, etc., or any clubs that you are interested in, join those clubs and you might find that he's as good a friend as his sister!
Anyone care to answer my question...?

Hate to say it, but you're probably best off avoiding this situation. At best, you're going to have minor grumbling from her family. Worst case, fist fights or statutory rape charges. A relationship will need more than just liking each other.

You can be friends but nothing more. Because she is consiered jailbait. As for her parents they are wanting to protect her. You need to understand that. Look through her parents eyes then you'll understand why they won't give you a chance.
As for school there's nothing wrong with being friends.

wait until she turns 16 and you will be 19. Our society is more acceptable because there is a number in their head that say, Yes, you can date her now. It's really stupid.

I understand you don't want just to have sex with her. You want to go to jail for her. She is under the age of concent.
