That would be fair. If he doesn't like the job then by him, he should be able to toss in the towel.

He is the same yesterday, today and forever, In Hebrews 13:8 it says 8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
And since He will not change, he will continue to be God, and little can we comprehend God, it says it Isaiah 55:9 9
"As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts."
We cannot comprehend God like an ant or a grasshopper cannot understand the internet but one thing is for sure, He will continue to God forever

The Bible says My Spirit will not always strive with man,and in Romans 1:28 it brings out that God gave homosexuals over to reprobate minds. Also when He separates the wicked from His elect.Yes to some God will stop being God for those who want Him to stop being God.As for me He will always be my God.

The idea of "calling it quits" requires a sense of temporality.
God exists outside of time -- in fact he created time. So in order to quit, he'd have to begin. But God has always been and will always be because he is simultaneously the Alpha and Omega (beginning and end.)

Perhaps an even more important question might be, if he does quit, who would replace him. Maybe there should be a vice-God to take his place if God decides to hang it up.

It's possible, but I don't think god ever would. Not unless she felt the job would be better off with someone else would could help the world better.

God can do anything that is in keeping with His nature and attributes.
However, We have his assurance that He has no plans to abdicate.
Rather, that He plans to establish His righteous theocracy over the whole Earth.

If He wanted to, but He gave His word not to ever leave or forsake us. If He were to stop being God that wouldn't be good for us in any way.

No he cannot. God also cannot lie. There are some things God cannot do.. He cannot be evil, cease to exist, or allow sin into heaven.
