recently i lost ten pounds because i haven't had much time to eat since i'm so busy. its been like three months. i went from 135 to 125 and i'm 5'7".
but like...i used to have a poochy stomach and now its still there, but droopier. am i just really untoned or is it extra skin? could that even BE possible from ten pounds? it looks pretty stupid cuz my hipbones poke out and then there's this stomach thing.

Yup, you can be skinny and have a stomach. You'll need to tone up by doing stomach crunches. Since you are thin to begin with, this extra flab should go away easier than if you are fat.

LOL sounds like me. I weigh a 122 lbs but I have a pouch. I'm toned everywhere but my stomach. I had 3 children too so that could explain it. Maybe some sit ups or the ab lounge. I need to do that for sure...!

Crunches and a firming cream, Dove makes a good one. If your a little backed up Beet juice, which can be bought from most health food store, will clear you out fast. Don't drink more then half a cup the first time .

We call that a pouch. You lost weight, without toning your body. You still have a stomach - I would guess that it is just skin and tissue... you need to do some crunches :)

I've heard this refered to as "skinny fat people" It's basically someone who is a smaller size but lacks muscle definition. Do pilates and Yoga and it will go away, it's not extra skin... good luck!

It relies upon on the form of swimming you're doing. aggressive type swimming makes use of the abs alot, and subsequently they have a flat abdomen. Doing what everyday people do in a pool, won't help you lose your abdomen.

It could be water retention and/or bloating. It's really all in the diet when it comes to really flat abs.
