Nope. Move forward, not backwards.

if you gave the reasons for the break ups that would help more. just like you, she isn't the same person she was three years ago. And maybe you are both holding on to all those good memories and not remembering why exactly you broke up, so you should consider that. and why did you break up with your recent girl? because you guys didn't get along? it sounds like you were busy thinking of your ex and thats why this relationship went sour? it seems like you have a deep attachment. It seems like she has her head in the clouds about you, if after three whole years of not being together she thinks you're her soul mate, thats kind of childish but it's very romantic. maybe you should date again and see how things go, just be honest to yourself and her, don't inflate the other person, if you know what i mean, good luck.

If you both still want to be together, go for it. The only problem is since you just broke up with your girlfriend, you might still be hurting from that and be on the rebound. It's usually best to give yourself some time between relationships to heal your heart. I will admit that I still have feelings for my ex, and we broke up about 9 years ago. If it was meant to be, it will happen. Talk to her and see how she feels.

...what the hell. It sounds like you want to. But if you're just filling the hole left by the girl you just broke it off with then it is wrong and your ex will just be heartbroken if you don't feel the same about her. Be respectful if your intentions are not sincere.

YES, G od hates divorce but you and your Ex may want to consider marriage counceling. But you must decide if you want this woman "for better or worse, until death do you part". Remember you are the man, the schriptures say the man is to provide, protect and priest.

It's tough to answer considering I don't know why you broke up etc. But there is nothing wrong with giving her a second chance if you still love her.

By last shot do you mean a last chance to resume your relationship or to have a last sex encounter?
Forget the first if you no longer love her and the second if you no longer lover her.

You're vulnerable right now. Remember that you broke up with your ex for a reason, and that reason is not likely something that has changed.
