I need just some general tips on losing weight! I was 5'9 and 123lbs before pregnancy, and would like to get back to the same weight. In short, I have about 13lbs left to lose.

I've never been on a diet before, so I don't really know what foods are good to help me lose weight.

I also gained most of my weight around my hips and belly. What exercises are good for burning the fat in those areas?

Put bubby in the pram and go for long walks, they say that if you walk a total of 3 kilometres a day you maintain your weight and anything over that you begin to lose weight. Do not go on any sort of diet as they don't work, just eat sensibly and burn off fat by walking. Crunches are also good for your abs. Good Luck.

Try going Vegetarian and also getting a running bike. Use it twice daily for the first month and also take long walks whenever practical. Give yourself a fair timetable to lose the weight, don't rush it. It will come off with time.

ur at a better weght now actually just exercise and eat good and gain weight 6 feet almost thats gross

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
