You need to excercese steadily over a period of time when losing weight to tighten your skin and muscles or you can end up losing muscle mass and being left with loose folds of skin.

you'll probably gain it back pretty fast too. also, losing weight fast is generally not healthy -- the only way to do it is to starve yourself, which means simply being undernourished. you want to build lean muscle while losing fat. a crash diet means you lose muscle tone too.

You could be damaging your liver and kidneys (when people talk about ketosis necessary to lose weigh, they are hurting their kidneys). You don't get enough protein, your body will start to digest muscle - including your heart.

There are many things other things too.

if you don't give enough time for the skin to stretch back , all the extra skin will be hanging from all over your body..so you have to cut it off....but that's only if you weight like 400lbs...

you could have scars from the stretch marks and it affects your heart by having the change so fast
