The recipe calls for 3 oz of chicken or shrimp. I need to be very precise on this since I am on a diet.

3oz.of chicken is like three deli slices worth, and shrimp is about 3 large or 6 medium shrimp. If you are cutting chicken up it is about 1/3 to 1/2 of a cup worth of chopped or diced chicken meat.

Hope that helps.

shrimp is a shellfish that contains more fat then some of the others. But it is healthy as long as its not fried. Dont eat the shell though. Shrimp are also listed as an allergin. Its best to eat variety of high protein foods and less sugars and starches when trying to loose weight.

ROFLMAO Jim!

I suggest you get yourself a small scale if you wanna be that precise. This amount is really next to nothing.
