Interval training is the best way to loose weight quick. Pilates will give you a dancers body with tone, and flat abs. If your already happy with your weight, then do pilates to reshape that body! good luck.

Any of the exercise program are good for losing weight. OOPS, read the small print which they all have, something like '"do this exercise with a proper diet and maybe talk to your doctor about exercising or if you health issues. The last to cover themselves against lawsuits.

Not to lose weight. But it does work if you use it consistently to tone up and look more sleek. I've done pilates at home with several DVDs.I've seen results if I do it consistently..
