If you want a package deal many airlines offer them such as United. You could go to a travel agent who is knowledgeable about Hawaii and have them quote you using the major wholesalers that serve the NW. Go to one of the largest sellers of packages, Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays and see what they will quote you.

Or create your own package after doing a lot of comparison shopping. Airfare from the NW below $500 is great. Airfare averages between $500 and $650 are the "norm". Above $650 is usually when demand is high (spring break). Hotels, figure $150 a night. Full size car $75 a day but in Honolulu I walked up to Budget and got a better rate than the rate I was quoted on my reservation

How long you gonna stay? I think you only need air ticket and hotel because when you get there you'll get the local tours easily. You must go to Polynesian Culturel Center.

Hawaii is not cheap to visit! From my experience, it's not a pleasant place to visit as well, although all the islands are beautiful, the local people (especially those who work to entertain tourists) aren't very polite. Basically they aren't happy because the whole state only depends on tourism. A college grad has to work in Burger King... imagine what kind of service you are given.

You can get hotel, airfare, transfers to and from airport and/or rental car included. Don't bother with a car for more than a couple of days if you're going to Oahu. You will NEED a car on the Big Island, Kauai, or Maui.

you might want to try a guest house versus a hotel, many are located in Kailua with world famous beaches and less congestion than Waikiki
