Hmmm. Amazon.com has "The Last Great Revival" by Steve Meeks and "Experiencing Revival" by Charles G. Finney, but I couldn't find any book by Finney with that title.

Seeing that Finney has gone home to his reward, you'd might inquire at a used/rare book outlet. There are several online.
I imagine it's out of print.
A large public library may have a copy to borrow, or perhaps the library of a religious college or seminary.
E-bay has a listing of things that people are looking for; you could put a listing there. (I did that recently and found two copies of a book to buy after the owners contacted me.)
