There are a lot. It does depend on your income level. Don't look downtown or near-downtown if you have two kids. Here are a few ideas....
Westside- Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village
Eastside- Painsville, Mentor, Solon
South- Broadview Heights
If you're lucky enough to be pretty wealthy, try ... Chagrin Falls or Gates Mills
Overall, a pretty decent area to live ... I've been there for about 3 years. If you're moving to the East Side, be ready for snow! (this weird, warm winter excluded)

Depends on what you're looking for and your income level. Also, Cleveland tends to have a lot of ethnic communities, so you would want to check into that. With kids, my first concern would be the quality of the schools.
