Go to cnn.com and then type in iraq casualties. This will give you all of the numbers from all of the countries (except Iraq) then below it will give you all of the names and other info. It will also give you a link so you can check on the Afghanistan casualties.

The most reliable, independent source is the Associated Press. They are quoted by various outlets as the "official" counter of war casualties, so presumably they keep their own lists. The AP has its own website and may share that information.

The White House is not aware of any casualties.
