You can follow the above advice for this task. I haven't had the most recent version of powerpoint and I don't know if they have changed it, but with OpenOffice.org's free software called Impress, which opens any powerpoint presentation and it will look just the same as when it was in Microsoft's software. The major difference is that in OpenOffice's software, you can EASILY change the size and location of each slide on the handout. That way, you can make the slides bigger so they are easier to read once you've printed them out. Like I said, I don't know if the latest version of powerpoint will allow you to do this, but OpenOffice does and it's free software.

To use OpenOffice you go into the handouts tab, click on the image on the right side of the screen with the amount of slides you want on each page, and then edit the page layout as follows. The first thing I do is change the page margins so that I can make the slides big. To do that, go to Format -> Page and change the margins to 0. Then click on and drag the slide you want to change the position of. Or you can click on it and press F4. This will bring up a screen that will allow you to type in the exact coordinates you want it to sit at. You can also resize in this menu by unchecking the Size option under Protect at the bottom of the screen that popped up. To uncheck it, just click on on the checkmark. Now you can change the size by either entering the height and width here or clicking ok and expanding the slide by dragging the green tabs on the selected slide. If you are entering the height and width here, you probably want to click the "Keep Ratio" checkbox so that when you change the height, the width changes automatically to match the width. That way, the slide looks the same, but is bigger (or smaller, depending on how you are resizing). Since you will probably want to do this with each slide on the page, you will have to access the F4 menu on each slide, repeating the above steps.

Now to print, just click on print under the file menu. Click on "options" and then click the handouts box and unclick any other checked box under the "Contents" heading, which is the first heading in the upper left hand corner. You may also wish to change other aspects of printing while in options. I like to print my slides in Black and White, and I like to uncheck "print hidden pages". Now click ok and you are brought back to the print menu. Now hit ok to print.

1. Go to "File" in the menu.
2. Select "Print" from the menu.
3. A new window will open with the Print options.
4. In bottom left hand corner there is a drop down list with the caption "Print what:". Select "Handouts" from that list.
5. Then you can set the "Slides per page: " and "Order:" settings from the "Handouts" area which is right next to the "Print what:" option.
6. Click on OK button.

Good Luck!!!

Is it readable with that many slides? Why not use twin sided printing and print 4 or 6 slides on each area of the paper? Powerpoint's built-in print communication only has recommendations to print a million, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 9 slides in keeping with website. in case you have chose the different volume, you will have the flexibility to might desire to set powerpoit's selection to a million and use you printer's communication (maximum enable you to specify what share pages in keeping with sheet to print).

when you select "print" you can chose it from your Print Dialogue box or from Print Preview and it will give you an option there also as to how many slides you want per page.
