What is meant by man being born again is giving your heart to God, to repent and believe that God is the Father and Jesus Christ is the Son and the Holy Spirit. Then you walk with our Lord by faith and Honor the word of God. To be Baptized is the washing of all your sins away, to cleanse, to purify, to be sanctified through the Spirit of God. Who will guide you, pray daily and read His word. You will make mistakes ask for forgiveness and continue on.

The Scripture says, "Ye must be born again of the water and of the Spirit", meaning you must repent and be baptized, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost and live a pious life for the forwarding of the Gospel.

Nope, not quite right.
Born again means born from above. Check it out in the Greek.
Being born of God's Spirit.
God's Word is His Spirit, the Spirit of truth.
Studying God's Word is how you are born from above.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
The word "again" (anothen) in Greek means "from above", so born from above.
John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
We all are born of the flesh and water, the womb. You must be born from above or the Spirit. God's Word is His Spirit. I pray that helps you. Sow to your spirit by studying His Word which is God's Spirit.
KEEP MY WORDS
John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
NOTICE; WE will come, make OUR abode with him.

We will all be born again. And again. And again, until we get it right.
That's why Pagans call you mundanes, including the born again wackos, "once-borns," meaning a belief in only one physical birth per soul. It makes no sense at all to believe that this is just... it. One life is all you get? Bullsh¡t.

Really, one is considered born again in Christianity by accepting Christ as your Savior, Reprenting from your old ways and sins of the flesh and devoting you life to serving the Lord. Whether or not you believe in that is up to you.

1. I must realize that in my present condition I am a sinner bfore God. "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3.23.)
2. I cannot save myself from eternal punishment in hell "For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord: (Romans 6:23)
3. Christ has paid for my sins and my punishment with His death on the cross. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him (Jesus should not perish, but have everlasting life: "(John 3:16)
4. I must accept His crucififixion as payment for my sins, personally. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:13)
If you would like to have assurance of eternal life, then pray this prayer: "Lord, I know I am a sinner. I believe Your Son, Jesus Christ, died on the cross for my sins. Please forgive me of my sins and make me a new person. I commit my life to you today. Amen,"

To become Born-Again one does not physically die. The Bible tells us that "it is appointed once for a man to die and then the judgment", this also tells us there is no reincarnation, since it tells us we only die ONCE physically.
Being Born-Again is [dying out to our old self "ways"] and turning to God and obeying His Word. The Bible is to be our road map, you could sort of say it is the Christian's "Guide to the Galaxy", since it guides us not only through our life here, but to Eternal life. It means in laymen's terms ... {to be Saved} by the Messiah's death upon the cross, which was payment for our sins to be forgiven. The sacrifice on the cross ensures those who are truly born-again eternal life in Heaven.
The Word goes on to tell us that we must be born of water and spirit, this means saved by the grace of God through salvation of confessing our sings, turning from our sins, and accepting Jesus into our hearts as Lord and Savior over our life. And or water, meaning baptized with water, as John the Baptist baptized Jesus. When you are baptized you are place under the water, and when you come out it is your ACTION of being baptized that is to show you have been washed clean from your old self [sinful ways], and cleansed as a new man [person] in Christ. It represents that your sins have been washed away by your act of baptizm.
QUOTE
"There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
