He is a player. What do you expect him to say now that you found out about her? He is having a relationship with the two of you & many others, all at the same time. While he is with each one, he tells the girl what he needs to in order to keep her around & get sex from her.
All the girls involved in this situation are naive. Dump him & never choose a player again.

Maybe he likes you but is still involved.He may be waiting to see what happens with his girl first.Or some men are protective of the personal life.
