I have sharp pain in my neck, and the right side of my upper torso. When I breath, the pain gets sharper.

Pulled muscle, cracked rib, pneumonia, neck or back problem or any combination of the above.

depends on the type of trauma involved, but if it just arrived out of nowhere it may be a rib problem. This may not explain the neck problem however, so you could have 2 things going on. If you turn ur neck to the right and tilt it back, does the pain get worse in ur neck and upper torso, if so, it is probably a cervical facet joint.

It could just be a crick in your neck or it could be something more serious like a pinched nerve I think if it lasts more then a week you should see a doctor.

These could be signs of a heart attack. Symptoms vary with the individual.

Probably congestion, could be serious infection(s). You should see a doctor SOON!
