whether or not he says it back is not the point, take the chance and tell him. If he doesnt return the feeling you will never go through your life wondering If. You will know. With luck the answer will be positive though and you will be happy you told him.

rent out a whole movie theatre and then tell him the show is sold out so you two are going to have to sit together. this is where you sneak out for some popcorn and accidently spill it on him as your trying to get past him to your seat. when he says "what the hell?" you say "baby, its cus i love you!"

How about "I love you"? Just don't say it during sex. Nothing you say during sex counts, and everybody knows that.
