I just bought a Pitts S1-C, has a 0-290, with a pressure carb ?? can't find anything online about IT ! Also any Pitts drivers out there? I want to go 4-aileron, wing builder advice ? angusmikfic@yahoo.com, 661-972-0900 JEFF

Chances are that it is an allison carb and there is info in trade a plane for servicing centers.
As for converting your bird to 4 ailerons it would not be worth the expence for what you will gain in roll rate, you cot a good little airplane there as it is.
If you want more in roll rate look into a pitts s2-s with a IO-540 in it then hang on.
I work for a Pitts driver and maintain his and am now building a Skybolt.

is it an Ellison carb?? They are readily available and should have a web site. I'm wondering why you want the 4 aileron when you have an 0290up front. I have a Friend who has an S1 and he has 200HP up front with single ailerons and does competition aerobatics with it
