I saw at a local store some items that you could use to hook an MP3 up to a stereo with cass. but none for CDs. Anyone know if/how this could be done???? My husband always throws my Cds around and they get scratched...thought this solution (if possible) would help! Thanks

You can bypass the cassette and CD by using an FM tuner to play your MP3 player. They usually run for about $15-30 depending on the manufacturer and if you don't have an Ipod, there are general FM tuners out there that work with the majority of MP3 player available.

We play our MP3 player in the car. You just get a tape deck thing for a Cd player (if you have a cassettete player) and plug it where the headphones go. If you don't have a casset player I don't know how to help. Good luck!

your best solution would be an FM Transmitter.

small device you plug into your car cigarette lighter plug and into your mp3 player earphone jack. The unit transmits your music on a given unused radio station You just tune in and listen.

easily found in any electronics store. 20$ approx.

I bought a little adaptor off ebay to let me play my MP3 player through my car radio. It didnt work too well. It sounded like crap. Was a waste of money.

my hubby has a My Music MP3 player from Radio Shack and we bought a gizmo that lets you listen to it through the radio.

yes you can either use a cassete adapter that slides into your cassette deck then plugs into your earphone jack on your ipod.
