see me after one year?
My ex-boyfriend dumped me a year ago, yet last week he called me and asked me to go see a movie with him. I went with him, he picked me up & after the movie he just took me home. Isn't it odd that after one year, he didn't wanna even have coffee after the movie? On the drive home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to see me 'every once in awhile'. Why does he wanna hang out and see me once in awhile, when we only dated for one month? By the way, we never had sex during our relationship cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. In fact, it never went past kissing. Do guys "hang out" and stay friends with all of thie exes or only some and should I feel special that he wants to see me even as a friend?

This relationship is depend on you. I think the best thing to do is examine your own feeling and your own thought about this relationship. You have your choice to, either keep on going or get away from him. If you think you can hander the friendship that you could have him for a friend and nothing else farter than a friend, then maybe it is ok to continue on with it. In the other hand, if you have a feeling toward him and don’t want to get hurt later on then you need to withdraw from him.

Ask him if this is a desperate attempt to make sure he has you dangling along in case he should get bored or left without a date some night when he feels rejected by someone else?

My guess is that he had nothing else to do that night, or everyone else had turned him down, so he had to review his old address book. If he doesn't show more interest in seeing you again, assume I'm right.

Well I find it odd that he said "every once in a while."
I would think if he had feelings for you he would have said he missed seeing you or something...
