when a man tells you he dose not want a realtionship but yet
you are always saying to the woman you care for her and you miss her ! Then you get upset with her and he will not talk or see her because he wants it to be over with why wont he see me to face the woman ? Dose this mean ghe wants it to be over but he still cares and if he dose see her he might feel diffent about her?

You know what? He still has feelings for you. But he doesn't want to. When he says he he misses you, and he cares for you, he really does mean it. But........ he doesn't like the fact that he still has feelings for you, therefore it is driving him crazy. So he thinks that removing you from his life will fix his problem. He figures maybe he'll forget about you or something. He's also afraid that if he faces you, it'll just remind him that he really does like you. Trust me on this one. He's trying to trick himself into thinking he's over you, by pretending he doesn't even like you. I know from experience. Good luck :-) I hope I could help.
