Which should i do? I dont really want her to come and pick a cheap jewelry just to make me happy, but i dont want her to not like what i get her, so any advice?

If you take a female to pick out her own jewelry you're crazy and she won't respect a crazy person.

I would say surprise her... surprises are always nice and she'll probably appreciate it SO MUCH even if she doesn't like what you got her. If you want, you could make sure whatever you get is returnable and tell her if she doesn't like it she can come with you to the jewelry store and pick something out. Hope I helped.

Most jewelry stores will have sales people there to help you. Go in a head of time and tell them that you are bringing in your girlfriend to buy her a gift. Ask them to help you choose a few pieces to show her and when the time comes to bring her in, tell her that you chose a few pieces that you thought she'd like but that you want her to make the final decision. It'll show that you took the time to think of her but you also feel that her opinion is valuable. If she doesn't like anything you chose, the sales person should already know your budget and can suggest alternatives.

There is this company in Oregon called the Shane Co. I don't know if you have it where you are, but what you can do is pick a solitaire that is of your price range. Surprise her with that. Then you go to the store and she can set it however he wants.

Take her to the store. It'll be a surprise for her if she doesn't know where you're going, and you won't disappoint her with a crappy gift if you let her pick it out.

Look at her other jewelry. Note what color metal she normally wears, what stones she likes, etc. Or ask her mom :)

MAKE SURE SHE USE A SPECIFIC COLOR LIKE IF SHE USES GOLD. THINK. IS IT WHITE GOLD OR YELLOW GOLD? WHAT STONE IS HER FAVORITE?, YOU COULD SHOW HER A MAGAZINE WHERE YOU COULD COMMENT IN THE TASTE OF RINGS IF EVER YOU WANT TO GIVE HER ONE. THEN AFTER MAKING ALL THE DECISIONS, YOU COULD TAKE HER TO DINNER AND SURPRISE HER WITH THE RING.
