Is it possible, or was it ever possible to climb under the base of the stage? I distinctly remember crawling through a horse-shoe shaped area where puppets danced and sang to me. Am I crazy?

I remember the "Cheese Factory" there. You could crawl thru and there were puppets and stuff, but it wasn't at the base of the stage. I know they're all slightly different tho, so maybe???

I just googled the same thing..I absolutely remember that. At the chuck e cheese I went to as a child (in the 80 s) underneath the stage where the big puppets were doing their band thing, was a big (it seemed big to me, granted I was pretty small then) jungle gym type area where you crawl around. I vaguely remember it was designed like cheese and there were holes in the cheese you could crawl through. I think there were like mirrors and stuff like that too...

I think that was the state fair ~ Chuck E. Cheese is much different
