Try eating Lunch first, have breakfast for dinner. That's assuming that your health isn't the real reason for getting sick in the morning because we always associate breakfast the way "Mom" always made it, that's why I said eat lunch first

Could be a few things - maybe you are eating something your body doesn't like (food allergy or lactose intolerance)? It could also be that you are not used to eating breakfast and so you should start with a small portion. I had the same issue for a while. I began with plain toast then added some fruit (easy on the stomach are peaches, bananas, non citrus). Then work up to other things once you can tolerate smaller things. Also coffee, tea are harder on an empty stomach. So is o.j. so try to drink plain water when you first get up. Also eat slower, give your stomach time to digest the food. That should help! Good luck, I have been there.

What are you eating? cold cereal? I used to get tummy aches if I ate cold cereal. If its too early, I think your stomach juices may not be ready for it.
I used to have to go to work at 3 am and it was too early for my body and I got sick and threw up in the street getting into my car. It was just stomach bile..yuck.
Drink some tea if you have time, to start your stomach thinking about food, or just see how your belly feels after the tea and have a small bananna or a little muffin, maybe your tummy just doesnt like too much too early.
I eat breakfast every morning-but not till about 8:30 or 9am, Im awake at 6.

I've always had the problem and most of my life didn't eat breakfast. Guess what? It caused me to get Gall Stones and I had my Gall Bladder removed. The doc says to at least eat a piece of toast in the morning to get your digestion moving. Hope this helps!

It happens to me also. You should eat your breakfast later in the morning. It works for me. I think you just have to get your stomach going and then your fine.

ur stomach probably not used to eating then so it doesnt know how 2 handle it... you should always eat breakfast... but if you simply cannot never do... dont do it on and off just stick 2 one
OR... try eating breakfast a lil later in then morning

It might have to do with what you are eating for breakfast. It might be too harsh for your stomach or it could be what you are drinking in the morning...coffee or tea might be too acidy for your stomach.
