you're walking or you're shopping or driving or sitting in a cafe and you sometimes see girl looking at you, when do you know that a girl likes you and if you go ahead and talk to her you have a big chance? and then what would be the best thing to start the conversation with or any possible idea?

If she is looking at you, then she is obviously attracted to you. It takes a lot of confidence for a girl to make eye contact with a good looking guy. There are many times that I look at a guy from across the room and he looks back. However, it always disappoints me that he does not approach me. Next time you see a cute girl looking your way, go up to her and introduce yourself! Don't be shy, women like men who are confident. Besides, the worst that can happen is the she laughs at you or rejects you..who cares?! She's just another girl. I'm sure that every girl that checks a guy out thinks this way! Good luck!

Watch her body language. Chances are, if she's checking you out, she's interested.
Smile, go over and say hi, introduce yourself, make small talk about something in the cafe or store you are in. After that, you'll have a good clue as to whether or not she's into you.
Remember, life is too short to sit on the sidelines and wait for good things to happen!

Watch the eyes, they never lie. If the pupils dilate then she is interested, if they contract then she does not like what she sees. Usually if a woman is interested in a guy she will allow eye contact and you can watch the pupils dilate then strike up a conversation if they contract droop eye contact she is looking to start trouble.

well if she looks at you and then smiles a little or if you catch her looking at you then you look and then she looks away that may means shes into you (according to me. a girl who checks out many guys) and then a conversation starter? whatever you do dont give a cheesy crappy pickup line... but say something clever and intriging. Introduce yourself, say something that might relate to her... (if shes reading a book/newspaper/magazine ask her what shes reading about)
