He needed $500 to pay for his credit card. He said he was selling his refrigerator and laundry washer to get the money. As he had just moved with me, I lent him the money. He moved out within a week and two days later he showed up with the cops to pick up his ref and washer. I didnt allow the cops in but he threatened to take me to court. All I have is a receipt of the $500 transfer to his account but he claims that I gave him the money for "his personal expenses" . Is he a gold digger or what?

of course!!! there is no doubt about it. are you blind. you are heading down a dangerous path. brake up with him now. don't take another second thinking. hes using you for your money. look sweetie. i know how you feel. when you like a guy so much you look past the bad and make illusions in your mind. but unfortunetaly you have to do the right thing. unles you want to go bankrupt. this man is obiously a huge jerk!! just take my advice. dump his *** on the side walk.that way you walk off with your pride and dignity!!! while he walks with his clothes and a newspaper with apartment listings. i know it sounds extreme but sometimes a girl needs to do what they need to do. trust me. its for the best!!

I'm not sure if he is a gold digger for $500, but, trust me, you need to let this loser go. If a guy has to ask his girlfriend for money and he is 'selling' important monetary items, then, you should move on. Also, if you have to stop and ask yourself if you should dump a guy, then 9 times out of ten, you should.
Time would tell, but wouldn't you rather be out of $500 now than later on. As the monetary gain for him will increase over time. Trust me on this...

Oh my goodness, please dump this guy. I don't know if he is a gold digger, but unless something happened that you're not telling, he sounds like a user and a manipulator. I also suggest that if you ask again and he doesn't return the money, that you sue him for it in Small Claims Court. Was he even going to pay rent? How long have you known him?

Does he have proof that he bought the Washer & Frig ?
If not "You don't know this LOSER".
If he does have the proof "It was a GIFT"
Judge isn't going to believe that the money was for Personal Expenses.
Don't give in make him pay cash for the Washer & Frig $675.00 sounds like a fair price. Good Luck

YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dump his a**!!!! What a loser!!! Try small claims court if the money is a real hardship for you, but other wise cut your losses & move on. Lending money in a relationship is never a good idea!
