does any1 know a tutorial that helps me with excel cause i want to know how to use it and manage money. or u can just tell me the basics cause those will really help.

I agree with Ol' Sasquatch...The best way is to jump in and use it.

But here's a couple basics:
Columns are letters and rows are numbers, so C2 is the cell located 3 columns over on 2 rows down.

To manage money you said? OK, in the first cell (A1) put the amount of your paycheck.
In B1 put how much you spent on gas or whatever today.

In C1 put =A1-B1, which subtracts the gas from the paycheck so you know what you have left. Same principal to add (+), multiply (*), or divide (/).

Thats a start...use HELP or the tutorials listed by other answerers for more advanced functions

I learned excell by setting up a data base of Powerball Numbers. Gave me something to do in my spare time.

Find a need to use it and it will unveil itself to you. Also, check out the library for videos on using excell.

"Professor Teaches Excel", I am finishing it up. It is actually for homeschoolers, but it is a great program and it covers everything. Look up "Alpha and Omega lifepacs" Hope you find what you need!
