Why can't I find a chat room with peolpe that have real lives, and know how to make conversations

Actually, this is not a bad place at all to find people to chat with on IM. The Yahoo Chat rooms all sux, because there are 1000 bots in there soliciting customers for cam models and dating sites to ever 1 real person in there chatting. Yahoo should fix that somehow because it is terrible, but they don't so, this is actually a pretty good alternative, in my humble opinion. I have made many good online chat friends through this Yahoo Answers format.

This is not a chat line. It is a way of asking questions and hoping to get sensible answers. You can email some people and become friends but not through a chat room. Go to Yahoo Chat Room.

I suppose by definition the answer is no, however some of the questions and answers will remind you of being in one at times. The potential for comic relief is here as well or so it seems.
