I have P.E. We do alot of warm up exercises- Push Ups, Situps, Streching, One foot hopping, squats, ect.- Then we run a mile to a mile and a half.

I find this really hard. I know I am out of shape but are there ways to fix certian problems?

If I breathe through my mouth it hurts my lungs and slows me down. If I breath through my nose wich is eaiser I get a headache.

My legs kill me. Is it from not stretching enough?

I am like 10 pounds overweight. I have P.E 3 times a week. In two weeks I have to be able to run a mile in 7-8 Minuets.

Are you very overweight? How often do you do P.E., daily, a couple of time a week? Are you usually active the rest of the time or are you a couch potato?

If you lungs hurt, you may have asthma. If you get a headache, you may need to drink water (dehydration sometimes causes headaches).
