Intense Desire to Look Good,Feel Good for both necessary to my well being and to function effectively. Like to wake up feeling energized and then liking what I see in the mirror-can begin my day feeling confident. Gained some weight awhile back-first time ever weighed so much and looked chunky(although not YET Fat)but felt sluggish and did not like my look and took a very long time to lose so now am more conscious of what I put into my mouth for when I was overweight did NOT Feel Healthy.Being Healthy is most important for is vital to Feeling Alive.

I'm motivated because I have a tone of energy, my skin look amazing, I have definition all over my body and very little fat. I'm a mom of three little ones, I can keep up with them and I can fit on all the stuff at the park. Decide your goal. Look at food as remedies not as calories. Stay away from anything that has chemicals and artificial flavoring. They will slow your metabolism down and make you feel tired. Stay away from anything white, flower, bread, sugar etc. Eat the real thing not processed. Whats the point of eating "nonfood"? Cheers to your new adventure!!

My health and vanity. I want to be as healthy as possible, but I also want to look and feel good. Sticking with a consistent lifestyle (working out, eating to fuel your body) is easier than "dieting". You must change your mindset about food and exercise to be successful. Find a buddy to help motivate and encourage you. Don't deprive yourself of things you love (chocolate, for example) -- eat or drink them in moderation and you will be able to stick to your goals. Most importantly, don't beat yourself up over a big meal or decedent dessert, just be more active in the coming days.

Well I just joined a gym, I didn't think I would be able to go all the time, but when I got there and seen all the women that go, I figured it would be in my best interst to go everyday, and now I'm pretty close to hooking up with one of the trainers.

Working out makes me feel better, gives me energy, clears my mind and I look better. Eating healthy does that and more, it saves me money going to the doctor.

Pull down your window shades, turn on your overhead light and look at yourself naked in a full length mirror. If you like what you see, you'll want to continue with your good habits. If you don't like what you see you'll want to work even harder.
