im 13 and i work with her (parents own a resturaunt) shes a Jr. and im a freshman. Iv already learned some tools of the trade. I want to no how to open her eyes to show her my real me. What are so tricks or advice u can tell me...not to harsh im young

Look her in the eyes when you talk to her, and be polite and ask her questions about herself. Don't stare at her body, and god don't brag about yourself. Just concentrate on her and ask her questions about herself. Smile at her. Don't get touchy-feely, though, unless she wants to hug you first. Teenage girls don't like guys to touch them unless they make it clear that it's ok.

Just be you, man. Don't try any tricks or "smooth moves" on her because she won't buy it. Be nice, be polite, be helpful. Get to be her friend without any thought to what you hope happens in the future. It may not work out for you, but if you get to be her friend, she might have someone to introduce to you.

im 18 bro...and its all about the little swwet things...do anything to make her smile and she will realize it...try flowers or leaving notes in her purse for her to find later..those are good for starters...if your a cook or know how to cook at the resuraunt...buy her dinner there and make her some food right before ya'll close...try some of that
