Well I am 13 too and this is what I might like....pay attention to her, make eye contact, smile, talk to her about stuff that you know she likes...just be yourself.

Be nice to her,listen to her and at least pretend to care about the things shes interested in.Make eye contact,Smile. If given the opportunity be protective of her.

hi! im 15. let me tell you this, if she sees that your trying to hard, and you suck at it, she could get ya know turned off. buT, if you be yourself and just let it happen slowly over time youll have a better chance. just try and be friendly, like if she isnt talking to anyone just go up to her and say hi, and start talkin about somethin. and if she kinda shows signs that she doesnt like you or whatever, dont keep pushing, its annoying when guys do that. just be yourself, she'll like that. good luck!
