can anyone help me calm myself down? I asked a guy by note if he would like to hang out....and i cant help but thinking he will turn me down.. how will i handle it! I REALLY LIKE HIM!

Just pretend he is just a friend. sometimes friends say "no" because they can't make it because they are busy or don't have time. If he says no, screw him. People worth hanging out are the ones who like you for you. I assume you have a lot of friends and family, right? They like you for who you are. Besides if he turns you down, it's not the end of the world. If he turns you down, then he's probably the type who doesn't care to know you. There are a lot of guys out there. I'm sure one of them will like you for who you are. Plus don't try too hard, be yourself. It's such a great feeling to be yourself with another person and not try so hard. How long can you work on being fake.

how old are you? its ok if you get rejected you'll just be sad and notice you're getting stronger on the inside.

why b nervous it will rattle him. if ur calm confident and have a smile he would b stuipid to say no ... just watch out he doesnt get the wrong idea
