Lena, one that I have liked the most and I recommend the most is weight watchers. What you can do on your own without spending money, is make a food diary and look at it every two weeks, no matter how good you are, you will always find something that you could have avoided. Secondly try, to cut back on the serving sizes and not the number of meals in a day, this cuts down on your calories. Thirdly try mypyramid.gov which will help you with ideas on healthy eating, this will help you lose unnecessary weight and maintain a healthy weight. Heart healthy exercise is 20-30 minutes a day of brisk walk/jogging or anything else that makes you sweat, 3-5 days a week, as long as your health and doctors allow, good luck

I have The Biggest Loser Cookbook I was 416lbs now I'm 335lbs. I have tried half of the recipes I'm going to try the other half soon. But I should tell you that when using the cookbook, you have to combine excercise with it or it won't work. It's like your packing on more pounds without excercise. But with that cookbook and the phyiscal activity, you'll lose weight.
