I like sisig, pansit, chicken adobo, sinigang, kalderata. Probably no spelled right, but that is how they sound.

i like filipino food...
there are just so different kinds..
in Bicol everything you'll eat is so spicy that i need a bottle of water to cool it down...
in Manila you can eat just about anything...
usually there will be people who sell them in the streets... and they're clean if you'd like to know...
in Baguio you can find there Balot... its a hard-boiled duck egg.. is that what's it called?
anyway i haven't been to every place so i don't know each specialty...
also remember that philippines has many seafood capitals..
remember these food that you might like...
pancit palabok, bulalo, sinigang, bagoong, kare-kare, lechon, adobo, barbeque and always ask for the Pinoy's specialty...
