Don't stop eating, lower your calorie intake and start walking or doing some aerobic exorcises. Don't eat junk food and stay away from pop. Eat fruits, veggies, and drink plenty of water. Drink a glass of water before you eat a meal and you won't eat as much.

Im kinda going through the same thing now..but i lose my weight by eating less then i usually do. Ive already lost 30 pounds and it didnt take me long. I started about 2 months ago. But I just stoped eating what i didnt need to keep going. If I feel alittle hungry I eat. If im not hungry I dont eat. thats all ya gotta do. drink water it fills you up also!

There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. The best way is eating healthy, drinking lots of water and exercise. That's it.

Don't listen to Bill. If you stop eating, your metabolism will stop and you won't lose anything. Your body ends up thinking you have no food, so it works slower as to conserve energy. Just eat healthy and work out. Also, drinking COLD water actually speeds up your metabolism because it needs to warm up the water. So you end up burning calories while drinking water.

You can't! Or at least you should not. Weight lost fast is gained even faster. There is no substitute for sensible eating and physical activity despite what you may hear some people say.
