I tend to drule a lot as I sleep Does anyone have any tips or ways that this can be stopped?

Yes if you see your doc he can prescribe a patch you wear for 2-3 days behind your ear to help. The patch is called scopolomine and it is only the size of a dime if even that big. You could also try taking an antihistamine to see if that helps.

i don't think this is anything to be concerned about. i drule as well sometimes. i am sure it is normal and i don't think you can stop it.

theres really no way to stop this,it just meen you are in a deep sleep,I drool and so does my husband and my kids,Be thankful you can sleep good,theres alot of people out there with sleeping disorders.

You might try sleeping on your back and see if this helps, if not you may need to consult with your physician or dentist.
