I am so sorry to say that as of right now you have no rights - zip. Even after the baby is born you will have no rights unless paternity is established and your name is on the birth certificate. If she doesn't come around before hand you can bet your butt that if you want to see your baby - you will end up paying a lot of money for every other weekend visitation. Fathers seem to have no rights - you should try and find a fathers rights advocate group in your area - they really do help.

you do not have rights before the baby is born. It's her body, you don't have any legal rights to what goes on with it. After the baby is born, you will have to take her to court and establish paternity before you will have parental rights.

Your best bet is to get an attorney if you can. You do have rights before the baby is born, but it's hard to establish it on your own.

no rights right now. and if she denies you being the father non till you prove that you are and take her to court. You get no right till you go and pay a lawyer for them.
