sorry, but even if you starve yourself, the most you can lost is 10 pounds in 10 days because your body has to burn off 3500 calories to lose a pound. well i guess you could exercise extra hard, but that would be too unhealthy because your metabolism would slow down and your body needs food!
and i wouldn't eat large nonfat meals either. your body needs a little fat to burn fat. i know most people think that fat is a horrible evil thing that should not even exist in foods, but you do need it to make your body function well. i would suggest eating a raw diet, (if you have the willpower haha), by eating uncooked fruits and vegetables, drizzle a little olive oil on the vegetables for a little fat (and olive oil makes you absorb the nutrients better), and add in some dairy, like with skim milk and string cheese and yogurt (which can be nonfat if you want, but it's healthiest when it's lowfat).
hope this helps! and be careful! :)

It is not good to lose weight too quickly. Aim for 1-2 pounds per week. 30-60 minutes of exercise a day (running or an elliptical machine), eat healthy, and drink a lot of water. With this you should be able to lose 8-10 pounds in a month. If you push yourself you can definitely lose more than that, but make sure if that if you have not been exercising that you do not push yourself too hard, because then you can burn out. Build up endurance, then you can do more exercise. If you already have some endurance, then you could do 60 minutes a day. With this, you could likely lose 15+ pounds in a month. As far as eating right: low carbs, high protein. And always give yourself at least one day a week without exercise. Hope this helps :)

Well its not good to starve yourself but ive been in the same position..the best thing that works for me is eat less then i usually do..as i eat less and less..i dont get as hungry..i still eat a healthy amount but just lower what i eat. I also try not to eat as much junk that helps. once you start doing this its much easier and less painful to lose 10 pounds. Ive already lost 30! Dont starve though!

NO! don't do that. you will do more harm than good. You can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by just eating right and exercising. Starving is not the way to do it. Not at all.

I tried this diet that seemed to work. I've lost over 30lbs in the past 2yrs. when I first tried it, the pounds seem to fly off. what you do is make a plate with a portion you would normally eat in one sitting, then eat only 75% of it. Do this for every meal and avoid greasy foods eat healthier then normal. for every four meals you eat you've cut a whole plate worth of food out of your diet. you eat less and still feel full. I hardly ever exersize so this plan appeals to me. I would assume exersize would make it go even faster. as a cheat I'd allow myself snacks, but only eat half. If you starve yourself you'll only want it more.

Starving yourself may help you lose weight , but it's unhealthy .
Plus , after starving yourself for 10 days ...
Once you eat one piece of chocolate, you'll gain 2x the pounds then you normally would .
So I would just recomened drinking lots of water [ keeps you full , 0 calories ] , eating three small meals every day . Vegetables are great , they actually help you burn calories . So I would recommend them .
Stay away from bread , pasta, and sugar .
Good luck !

Yeah, good luck with that. e_e
No, that is definitely not healthy. Starving yourself is not healthy, no matter how long you do it. Eat 3 low-fat/low-cal meals every day, and be sure to get a lot of nutrients is what people have told me. Good luck.

It will pile back on again as soon as you start eating.. a lot faster than it would already..! As your body will go in to starvation mode and hold on to any bit of food you put in you.
Better to just reduce your calories and excersize
