I firgure out how to change it to my name add songs but it deletes all songs when I tried to plug it into a new computer. HELP how can I get it to stop deletely all song and how can I figure out to use other features???

your lucky, download the ITunes software for free, it will update and control the IPOD from the computer. Then you can add music from your computer. ITunes is very intuitive.

You need to download all the songs that are on the ipod into itunes on your computer. And you need to have a cd to download the itunes and get the ipod to stop deleting the songs. I hope this helps.
