It's hard to say. With my own experience with smoking, I tried smoking for a week, I didn't feel like eating so I didn't eat as much so I lost only a few pounds but when I stop smoking, I gain it right back.

technically yes because you are replacing food with smoking but I wouldn't suggest it as a weight loss plan, and I wouldn't say that you are for sure going to slim down, there are a lot of overweight people out there who do smoke and it obviously did not help them.

Yes, smoking curves your appetite along with causing alot of other health related problems. I hope you don't start in order to loose weight. There are several ways to loose weight that won't harm your body like cigerattes does.

No! The reason some smokers loose weight is because they have a cigerette in there mouth all day instead of food. It's a kind of oral fixation that keeps them from eating.

Not by much and it won't last. It's too harmful for your health to use for weight loss, very addictive. I've tried to quit for years now!
