Yes, all of mine liked tomato sauce with pasta, whole cherry tomatoes, and salsa too.

There are two things that you cannot give your parrot. Avacado and Chocolate. Everything else is fair game.

Sugars should be kept at a minimum because they have a harder time digesting it and it can actually make them sick. But, as a general rule, if I make a plate for me, I make a smaller plate for my birds. (I have two macaws, a Military named Rio and a Greenwing named Katie.)

I am not sure about a tomato, call your vet and ask. I have a friend who feeds her birds, fruits and veggies like, carrots and broccoli.

i as my vet one time about that. she said a little is ok but not a whole lot because of the acid in it. also the same with cheese you can give them a little every once in a while but it will effect them if given too much

Yep, the fruit is as healthy for them as it is for us. Remember that the stalk and leaves are poisonous.

your parrot can eat anything that you eat.Would not recommend giving he or she candy.
