the way I've seen it, the best man stands with the groom. The maid of honor walks in by her self.

The grandparents are seated with the aid of the ushers, then the groom’s dad and mom, and then the bride’s mom is escorted with the aid of somebody that the bride has chosen (some play music for the bride’s mom). The groom and the groomsmen come from a room in back up in the direction of the front of the church and stand at regulate. music ameliorations and the bridesmaids walk down the main aisle, then the hoop undergo and then the flower female. the marriage music is performed everybody then stands and the bride is escorted down with the aid of her father or special man or woman. besides the shown fact that the groomsmen could be status alongside the aisle to connect up with and escort the bridesmaids down aisle and then the two the groomsmen and bridesmaids take their place up with the aid of the regulate.

Actually the matrin of honor is actually just a maid of honor who is married. The best man usually stand beside the groom and then the best man and the maid/matrin of honor walk together after the bride and groom are married

In a proper processional (going from the back of the church to the altar) the bridesmaids and the maid (or matron) of honor proceed the bride in reverse order. (i.e., Junior bridesmaid, bridesmaid, maid or matron of honor) . The groom, best mand and the groomsmen should already be at the front of the church by the altar with the minister/priest.
In the recessional (after the ceremony and leaving the altar) the bride and groom are first and then the others in order (i.e., best man and maid/matron or honor, bridesmaid and groomsman, jr bridesmaid and jr groomsman).
FYI..the differenct between a maid of honor and a matron of honor is that a maid of honor is an unmarried female and a matron of honor is a married female.

No, there is not SUPPOSED to me a matron of honor and a maid of honor (you can if you want, though), or two matrons of honor, or two maids of honor (whatever you want). As far as whether or not she walks in with the best man, that's a decision of yours. Usually, though, I think the best man is already at the front of the church with the groom and the maid/matron of honor walks in by herself and they meet toward the front. Sometimes, all the groomsmen walk in with the groom, and all the bridesmaids walk in by themselves and don't "meet" the groomsmen till they walk out after the ceremony.
Summary? You can do it however you want.

Its all up to how you want to have everyone walk up the isle. At my brother's wedding, the maid of honor and the best man did walk up the isle together. At other weddings I've seen the maid of honor walk up by herself.
It also depends on the place where you get married at also. If the church has a split, you can have them meet at the split.
If you have someone at the church(if you are getting married at a church) they can help you with this. They will help everything run smoothly.

a maid of honor is an unmarried woman that you choose yo be your witness to your wedding, a matron of Honor is the same, but is already married. Yes, this person walks with the best man, who is the grooms witness.

When entering, she walks by herself, but after the ceremony, the best man escorts her down the aisle.

Actually your supposed to have what they call a matrin of honor and a maid of honor .no they are not one in the same. The matrin of honor walks with the best man ,but if you only have a maid of honor i gues she would .Hope this helps.
